Refer to the BPAY® Biller Code at the front of your invoice. Use your DEFT reference number as the BPAY Customer Reference Number.

Australia Post
If you have a need to pay in person, refer to your invoice for a Post Billpay barcode.
Present your barcode at Australia Post to pay by eftpos or cheque.
Premium Funding
We understand that paying the premium in one lump sum may not always be convenient. Therefore, we offer you the option to pay your premium in regular instalments. This will allow you to spread out the payments over a specific period, making it more manageable for you.
To proceed with the instalment option, please find the acceptance link enclosed in your invoice. By selecting the link, you will be directed to the premium funders' secure portal, where you can follow the instructions provided to complete the process. Alternatively, if you prefer, you may contact our office directly to arrange.
